We spent many decades working with small family-owned tanneries in upstate New York, Argentina and England to perfect a leather that is as light and soft as a glove and yet as durable as a coat.

Unlike so many comparably priced bags, we never use synthetic fabrics in less visible parts to cut corners and save costs. Every, single part of a Margot bag is made of genuine leather because we do not believe in compromise.
